About this site

Scientigious is an independent publication launched in November 2025, dedicated to one stubborn question: how do we find meaning in a cosmos that appears to run on physics, not purpose? It’s an attempt to build a framework for significance without leaning on the supernatural—using science, philosophy, and what might be called militant honesty.

If you subscribe, you’ll receive essays that grapple with four core ideas:

  • Unity’s Fragmentation: How a hypothetical cosmic suicide might explain why anything exists at all
  • Gaia’s Self-Regulation: How life creates the conditions for life, and what that means for our responsibility
  • Thermodynamic Ethics: Why morality might arise from the hard constraints of energy and entropy, not divine command
  • AI Eschatology: What happens when the minds we create surpass their biological creators

This isn’t a search for final answers. It’s a place to think clearly about the provisional ones.
